Save Oxfordshire’s Badgers (SOBS) appeal to Oxford University

Our SAD Badgers held a peaceful, silent protest outside the Department of Biology, Oxford University. We marked the start of this years badger cull with a minutes silence. We fear the government plans to continue the cull and drive badgers to local extinction.

OUR BADGERS NEED OXFORD UNIVERSITY TO SPEAK OUT AGAINST CULLING.

Oxford University is the intellectual 'home' of the science underpinning the badger cull. We appeal to the University to to speak up for badgers

and help STOP THE CULL

Petition to Save Hinksey Meadows from the destructive channel in the Oxford Flood Alleviation Scheme

The Environment Agency has submitted a planning application for the £123 million Oxford Flood Alleviation Scheme. It threatens multiple badger setts along it's length. We join Hinksey residents in calling on Oxford City Council to reject it in favour of less environmentally damaging options. Please sign the petition here.
